Bernard Sagaiyaraj

Ir. Bernard Sagaiyaraj is founder and director of Blue Snow Consulting & Engineering Sdn Bhd, set up in 2005 and dedicated to providing environmental and energy consulting and building commissioning professional services related to Sustainable Green Building Design@ LEED™, and energy performance of buildings to owners, developers, and design and construction teams.

Bernard holds a Bachelor degree (hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malaya, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University.

He is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (P.Eng), member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (M.I.E.M.), an associate-member of ASHRAE (American Society of Hearing, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers), associate member of IIR (International Institute of Refrigeration), member of ISIAQ (International Society of Indoor Air Quality), and USGBC (United States Green Building Council) LEED TM (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Accredited Professional.

Blue Snow Consulting & Engineering Sdn Bhd has offices in Malaysia and Thailand. Bernard is currently involved in LEED TM – NC Certification and Green Bulding Design of development projects in Phnom Penh@Cambodia, Kuala Lumpur@Malaysia and Banpoo@Thailand.
